Cancellation Policy
Black Crystal Nails cancellation policy for appointments requires a non-refundable deposit of $15 (shown when selecting service) at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Cancellations or any client late after 15 minutes from start time made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit & will be charged 50% of services , while cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled with the deposit transferred to the new appointment.
